Cancellation Policy
Service Guarantee: MalRayBeauty Salon Studio makes every attempt for satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Corrective services will not be allowed five days past initial service date. Covid-19 Safety Policy: To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that you do not bring any extra guests that are not being serviced to your appointment. Masks are required to be worn at all times. If you are not feeling well, please protect the health of others and stay home. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within your 24-hour time frame, a 50% deposit will be required to rebook. No Call, No Show Policy: If you book an appointment and do not show up without contacting the studio, you will be charged the full service amount.
